A dangerous winter storm will unfold during the first half of the week across the central and eastern U.S., resulting in a variety of weather hazards.  Blizzard conditions will develop Tuesday across portions of the northern Plains, with wind-driven snow later spreading into parts of the Midwest and Northeast.  Meanwhile, a severe weather threat will peak on Tuesday in the southern Atlantic States.  Farther west, another strong storm system will punch inland, starting in the Pacific Northwest.
