January Class III milk was up $0.11 at $15.25. February was up $0.24 at $15.98. March was up $0.22 at $16.50. April was up $0.21 at $17.23. May through December contracts ranged from three cents higher in November and December to ten cents higher in September.
Dry whey was unchanged at $0.4225. No sales were recorded.
Forty-pound cheese blocks were up $0.0525 at $1.51. Six sales were recorded, ranging from $1.4975 to $1.51.
Cheese barrels were up $0.0150 at $1.47. Five sales were recorded, ranging from $1.47 to $1.49.
Butter was up $0.0375 at $2.5675. No sales were recorded.
Nonfat dry milk was up $0.0250 at $1.2050. Five sales were recorded, ranging from $1.1925 to $1.2050.
