Growth Energy CEO Emily Skor says she’s optimistic a permanent fix for year-round sales of E15 is right around the corner.

“I do think that there will be a final decision coming out of EPA. They will finalize that rule and it’s kind of going through the process at the White House.”

But she tells Brownfield, “My concern is, will it be done in time for the summer driving season? If not, then the administration is going to have to make sure that consumers have access to E15 as they have had for the last five summers.”

Skor says that would require another emergency waiver from the Biden administration.
