Across the Corn Belt, unusual warmth is further reducing coverage of any remaining snow.  Tuesday’s Midwestern high temperatures should range from 45°F in the vicinity of the Great Lakes to 60°F or higher in parts of Missouri.  Although muddy conditions persist in some areas, Midwestern producers are hopeful that drought will be a less significant concern heading into spring 2024, as compared to a year ago.  According to an overlay of the U.S. Drought Monitor and areas typically planted to corn, 28% of the U.S.
