Baby wipes on the market today are made of pulp, plastic, and chemicals that can cause microplastic and hurt the environment. 

Kyle Han is a junior majoring in biological engineering and Purdue University.  He and Ben Gottlieb, a freshman studying finance at Purdue’s Daniels School of Business created a soy-based, ecofriendly and biodegradable alternative for the Indiana Soybean Alliance 2024 Soybean Innovation Competition called SoySilk.
