Boxed beef is lower at midday with light demand for moderate offerings. Choice is $.51 lower at $305.23 and Select is $1.77 lower at $300.02. The Choice/Select spread is $5.21.
At the Callaway Livestock Center in Missouri, most classes were very lightly tested.
