A south-central Minnesota farmer says an early planting window is opening.

“And after the rain moves through it looks like it’s going to be a few nice days of weather. Right now it’s a little muddy yet in our fields, and when I say muddy it’s a matter of just a day of sunshine and a little breeze and we’ll be ready to go.
