Another big week of planting for Arkansas farmers.

Statewide, corn is 51 percent planted, with 20 percent of the crop emerged.  Rice is 46 percent planted, and 7 percent emerged.  Soybeans are 26 percent planted, with 8 percent emerged.

Winter wheat is 37 percent headed, with 66 percent rated good to excellent.

Hay conditions are 50 percent good to excellent, pasture conditions are 48 percent good to excellent, and vegetables are 43 percent good to excellent.
