Like farmers who raise corn and soybeans, farmers who raise produce are also at the mercy of the weather. Austin Flamm with Flamm Orchards raises strawberries, peaches, and apples in southwestern Illinois. He says those cold temperatures in the late spring can be a little worrisome.
