Wednesday 30th April 2025

Milk futures and most cash dairy prices were mostly higher Monday on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. 

May was up $0.58 at $18.38.  June was up $0.47 at $18.54.  July was up $0.42 at $18.75. August was up $0.30 at $18.84.    

September through November contracts ranged from fourteen cents higher in November to twenty-four cents higher in September.     

Dry whey was down $0.0025 at $0.39.  No sales were recorded. 

Forty-pound cheese blocks were up $0.08 at $1.76.  One sale was recorded at that price. 

Cheese barrels were up $0.11 at $1.77.  Five sales were recorded, ranging from $1.74 to $1.77. 

Butter was up $0.08 at $3.00.  Fifteen sales were made, ranging from $2.99 to $3.00. 

Nonfat dry milk was unchanged at $1.12.  No sales were recorded.
