Some light, scattered business is starting to develop in the South. Live deals in Kansas are at $184, $2 higher than the prior week’s business.  Bids are at $184 live in the South and $295 dressed in the North.  Asking prices are around $186-plus live in the South and $296-plus dressed in the North.  Look for more business to pick up as the day progresses.  There was another light round of business on Thursday with dressed deals at $295 to $296, steady with Wednesday’s business and $1 to $2 above the prior week’s weighted averages.
