Christine McCracken with RaboBank says a new report shows lower feed costs are strengthening margins.
“And that’s maybe starting some conversations about expansion and kind of a recovery in pig numbers going forward.”
She tells Brownfield it will take time, but the market is trending in the right direction.
“For now though, it means that (producers) are able to restore a little bit of their balance sheets.
