Milk futures were higher and cash dairy prices were mixed Thursday on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. 

Dry whey was up $0.02 at $0.4150.  Five sales were recorded, ranging from $0.41 to $0.4150. 

Forty-pound cheese blocks were down $0.0275 at $1.90.  Ten sales were recorded, ranging from $1.90 to $1.9325. 

Cheese barrels were up $0.06 at $2.12.  One sale was recorded at that price. 

Butter was unchanged at $3.0550.  No sales were recorded. 

Nonfat dry milk was up $0.0050 at $1.1650.  One sale was recorded at that price. 

Class III milk futures closed higher Thursday. 

June Class III milk was up $0.23 at $21.08.  July was up $0.22 at $20.40.  August was up $0.25 at $20.04.
