A farmer from northern Ohio says steady rains over the last week have kept him from finishing up soybean planting.

Steve Reinhard says “we’re not in panic mode yet. We know we can plant corn and soybeans up to June 1 and not suffer a yield decline.”

Reinhard says rain totals have been less than an inch and the crop that’s already been planted on the farm has a good stand.
