An employee at MFA has died following a grain bin accident near Hamilton in northern Missouri. 

In a statement, MFA’s President and CEO Ernie Verslues says the company will be conducting a thorough investigation. He says MFA will not rest until the investigation is concluded and preventative measures can be put into place, if needed.

A second employee was also involved in the incident and had minor injuries.
