After a quiet Tuesday, the cheese market saw some activity Wednesday with lower prices. Forty-pound cheese blocks were down $0.0525 at $1.81. Five sales were recorded, ranging from $1.81 to $1.85.
Cheese barrels were down $0.02 at $1.96. Five sales were recorded, ranging from $1.9525 to $1.97.
The butter price dipped below the three-dollar threshold, down another $0.0275 to $3.0025.
