Cash cattle country has a few more bids on the table Friday, but they remain well below current asking prices of $186 to $187 in the South and $304-plus in the North. A light trade was reported on Thursday in Kansas at $185, $1 lower than the previous week. Additionally, just a handful of cattle moved in Texas on Thursday, also $1 lower at $185. More business could take place in that area Friday afternoon.
