Marshalltown’s new City Administrator officially started last week, Carol Webb. She joined the KFJB line on Friday morning to introduce herself a bit, she first mentions her background.
Marshalltown and Muscatine are similar Iowa cities, according to Webb.
There are a lot of similarities between the cities, and some things do translate.
Webb says they did not deal with much damage from the Derecho, the natural disasters she dealt with in Muscatine was typically flooding from the River. We will catch up further with Webb when she joins KFJB for Open Forum on September 30th.
