When natural disasters strike, many producers worry they won’t be able to continue farming, but there are standing disaster programs available through USDA’s Farm Service Agency that can provide some assistance.  USDA’s Steven Peterson tells Brownfield they’ve made some adjustments to programs to help producers, especially after the two recent hurricanes.
