Sean Michael McFate, 56, of Toledo, passed away, Wednesday, January 1, 2025 at his home under the care of Iowa River Hospice.  A Memorial Visitation will be held Wednesday, January 8, 2025 from 4-7 PM at Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home in Tama.

A memorial fund will be established.
