Wayne Eugene Foreman, 94, of Toledo, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, January 30, 2025 at MercyOne Medical Center in Des Moines. Funeral Services will be held Friday, February 7, 2025 at 10:30 AM at Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home in Tama. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Toledo. Visitation will be held Thursday, February 6, 2025 from 5-7 PM at Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home.

A memorial fund will be established.
