Polls open today at 7am for the LOSST, Local Options Sales and Service Tax, for the unincorporated areas of Marshall County. This vote failed back in November, and if it fails again, the 1% sales tax that is collected will go to the state for redistribution instead of staying in Marshall County budgets.

Voting locations today are as follows:

Liscomb Community Center for Bangor, Liscomb, and Taylor Townships

Melbourne Recreation Center for residents in the unincorporated areas of Eden, Logan, Washington, and State Center Townships

Le Grand Community Building for residents that live in the unincorporated areas of Green Castle and Le Grand Townships

Residents who live in the unincorporated areas of Jefferson and Timber Creek Townships vote in the IVCCD Administration building

Residents in Liberty, Marietta and Minerva Townships will vote at the Orphan Grain Train in Clemons

The Green Mountain Community Park building will have voters from Marion and Vienna Townships. Polls close at 8pm.
