For those that are looking for the Fair Sweet Fair experience, prepare yourself ahead of time and download the Iowa State Fair app. Mindy Williamson, Chief Marketing Officer with the Iowa State Fair, says one of the benefits of the app is the Wayfinding.

Williamson says favoriting different stands or shows will help people not lose track of them, as she says there are about 2,500 different events and activities. The app will also help make a personal schedule for the favorited events.

Williamson says the best 11 days each year are the Iowa State Fair, mark August 7th – 17th down on your calendar for Fair Sweet Fair.
