Yesterday Bobcat Boys Tennis had 2 matches against Pella and North Polk. The Bobcats are able to take care of business in both matches as they beat Pella 8 – 3 and North Polk 9 – 2. That pushes the Bobcats record to 11-0 on the season. They have 2 more regular season matches, they will face Des Moines North at home on today, starting at 4pm. They will close the season against Ames on Thursday, which will be a battle for the Iowa Alliance Conference North.

The Bobcat girls tennis team is also undefeated on the season and had a battle against highway 30 rival the Ames Little Cyclones yesterday. Both schools were undefeated in the conference so the winner of this match would be the winner of the Iowa Alliance Conference North. The Bobcats get a big victory 8 – 3 and win the Iowa Alliance Conference North. The girls will play again today, they will host Des Moines North, that match will start at 4pm.

Yesterday the Bobcat girls soccer team traveled to South Tama for a match and it was all Bobcats. The Bobcats score 8 total goals and goalie Sophia Valdez Chavez and company pitch a shutout. The Bobcats are now 8-3-2 on the season wand will next face Des Moines North today at home, kickoff is scheduled for 7pm

Today, the lone Bobcat team not facing Des Moines North is the Girls Golf team, who is heading to Ames this afternoon for a dual. The Bobcats will face the Ames Little Cyclones on Veenker Memorial Golf Course this afternoon, two of the top teams in the state. Tee off is scheduled for 3:30.

The Iowa Alliance Conference Meet is today for Track and Field. The Boys are heading to Fort Dodge while the girls will travel south to Ottumwa. Both meets are set to start at 4pm today.
