We are officially less than 2 months until the Red, White, and Blue Celebration in Marshalltown. This multiday event will start July 3rd and celebrate the 4th of July in the Veterans Capital of Iowa.

That is Tourism Director for the Marshalltown Area Chamber of Commerce, Dylan Does. He says Marshalltown’s own Buzz Owan will open for them on the 3rd. The car cruise is coming back this year, there were tons of cars lining the 13th St. district and into the Vets Home last year. Friday, July 10th, will kick off with a parade in the 13th St. District.

Does says they are wanting to honor the Veterans and the best way to do that is to bring the celebration to them. As we continue to inch closer to the Red, White, and Blue celebration, more details will come out.
