Toni Ann Smith, 73, of Tama, passed away, Sunday, May 11, 2025 at Sunny Hill Care Center in Tama. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, May 16, 2025 at 10:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Chelsea. Interment will follow at Grandview Cemetery in rural Tama. Visitation will be held Thursday, May 15, 2025 from 4-7 PM at Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home in Tama with a Vigil Service to follow at 7 PM.
