Marshalltown Public Works Director, Heather Thomas, told KFJB listeners on Friday that there will be a lot of action with the construction on Main and Center St. in downtown Marshalltown.  Thomas says last week was a good week and the crews got a lot done.

The pipe then has to pass the same test 2 more times and clean of bacteria.  Thomas then shares what the plan is for this week

Thomas says there is information coming out from the city in a variety of ways.  People can sign up for the alerts at the City website, Marshalltown-ia.gov.  Or people can follow this project on Facebook, there is a page called, Marshalltown Main Event.
