Yesterday we spoke with Marshalltown City Council Member Jeff Schneider and he gave our listeners a sneak preview at the upcoming agenda for the City Council Meeting set for Tuesday night. Spoiler alert, it’s unlike their usual summer agendas.

While there are a multitude of items to be discussed, Schneider says there’s one in particular that stands out.

A potential new parks director takes the cake this week, but Schneider says there will be plenty to discuss moving forward.

In other words, it’s time to buckle up and sit tight with next week’s meeting has been moved from Monday to Tuesday due to Memorial Day.
