The Red, White, and Blue Celebration will be happening again in Marshalltown over July 3^rd and 4^th to celebrate Independence Day.  Luisa Ortega has been instrumental in the planning and she shared some details for people at Man on the Street on Friday. She first mentions some of the performances on July 4^th.

She says they will have bouncy houses, activities for youth, and vendors selling items.

The events start July 3^rd in the 13^th Street District with the Classic Car Cruise-In.  Heidi Draisey, a volunteer for the event, talks about when the Cruise-In will happen.

There will be a parade of Cars leaving the 13^th Street District on July 3^rd, then the morning of July 4^th will be the Red, White, and Blue 4^th of July Parade in the 13^th Street District starting at 10:30am.  Things shift to the 6th Street Softball complex around 4pm with fireworks shot off there.  See the full scheduled of events at marshalltown4thofjuly.com
