Marshall County Conservation appreciates all the volunteers that comes out to help on one of their properties. Emily Herring, Conservation Director, says recently they have had 2 local businesses send groups out to help with a few projects. One group from Emerson were at Greencastle planting trees earlier this week.
Herring says another group from Lennox was helping around the nature playscape at Grimes Farm
People can always stop out to the Nature Center and line up times to volunteer as there is always projects on the wish list for County Conservation. The Nature Center at Grimes Farm is open Monday – Friday 8:30am – 4pm
