That is Riley Randall one of the 4 candidates for Rose Queen this evening who will be Yodeling for her talent.  The Rose Festival kicks off in State Center today and the Rose Queen Pageant and Talent Show is tonight at 7pm at the West Marshall High School.  Candidate Elise Streeter talks about what it means to be a candidate for Rose Queen.

Streeter will be playing a flute solo for her talent.  All four candidates have a musical talent; Chloe Minser will be playing her instrument as well.

The final candidate is Riley’s twin sister, Rachel Randall, who will be playing the piano for her talent.  The candidates also had to write an essay and the topic was a negative impact on youth in the community.
