Cash dairy prices were mostly lower Friday on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.    Dry whey was up $0.0225 at $0.57.  Two sales were recorded at $0.56 and $0.57.  Forty-pound cheese blocks were down $0.0250 at $1.6650.
