The Marshalltown Bobcat softball team held the Bobcat Classic this past weekend and it was all Bobcats as they go 3 – 0.  The Bobcats were able to beat BCLUW on Friday 9 – 0.

They took that momentum into Saturday where they beat Colfax-Mingo, 9 – 0.  Finally, Saturday they faced Grundy Center and in 5 innings they get the victory 13 – 4.  The difference this weekend for the Bobcats, they got bats on ball and put the ball in play.

The girls will try to carry this momentum into this weeks games.  They will face Mason City on Tuesday for a doubleheader.
