Cash dairy prices were mixed Thursday on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.    Dry whey was up $0.0025 at $0.6075.  Nine sales were recorded, ranging from $0.6050 to $0.61.  Forty-pound cheese blocks were up $0.01 at $1.6850.
