The Iowa River Hospice House is a gem of a facility right in Marshalltown.  Shauna Callaway, Executive Director, shares that the closest hospice facility to them is over in Ames or up in Waterloo.

Callaway says Hospice Care is here to support families as many times it is the sandwich generation having to help their parents while also managing their own children.

With Hospice support, Callaway sees families able to be families again.  The time spent together is filled with laughs and smiles.
