YSS Marshall County Director David Hicks says they are rolling out surveys to get a feel for how the public feels they are doing.

Hicks says they’ve surveyed how the police department feels about MPACT, but now it’s time to broaden that net to those who have received services.

Hicks says that the ability MPACT has to be able to follow up is critical for their success and he’s looking forward to seeing the results from this survey to further improve the program.
