Every year the Marshalltown YMCA-YWCA closes down their facility for a deep clean and any maintenance. Andrew Potter, Communication and Marketing Director, says they were closed earlier in August, but did find a few bigger issues along the way.
He says the Lap Pool should only be closed for a few days as they wait for a part to come in but the Rec Pool will be closed until August 23rd.
Potter then mentions a couple sport seasons starting in September
