A Grinnell couple has announced their purchase of the Carriage and House Bed and Breakfast, the towns first and longest-running B&B. Located at 1133 Broad St. and originally built in 1895, the Carriage House has long been a favorite destination for visitors seeking the charm and warmth of small-town Iowa. The new owners, Evan and Abby Copeman Petig will operate it under the new name, The Grinnellian B&B and are ready to continue its legacy as a special destination blending historic charm, with modern comforts.
