The Bobcat Football team made the trek up to the UNI-Dome for a matchup with Waterloo East. Coming off a 40-14 win over the Ames Little Cyclones, there grew a certain buzz around this Marshalltown team. Maybe the trip to the Dome helped with that, but whatever the case, the Bobcats made the most of it. An astonishing 30-7 eruption in the opening quarter, including taking the opening kickoff 90 yards to the house, paved the way for their second-straight 40-point game as the Cats roll out of Cedar Falls with a win, 43-20. They’ll return home to Leonard Cole Field next week for an early Homecoming as a date with Mason City awaits.
