Marshalltown Police Chief Chris Jones sent out an update from the shooting on E Main St. Saturday night.  Two people were should around 8pm Saturday night and Dewey Elvie Perdue was seen fleeing the scene.

The Marshalltown Police Department have obtained 5 active arrest warrants for Mr. Perdue based on his involvement.  2 counts of Attempted Murder, 1 count of Willful Injury Causing Serious Injury, 1 count of Willful Injury Causing Bodily Injury, and 1 count of Going Armed with Intent.

As of this morning, Mr. Perdue has been arrested.
