If you can believe it, there is already a Toy Drive happening for the winter holidays. Iowa Valley is holding a Toys for Tots Toy Drive, it started October 1st and is set to run until December 10th. Matt Ostrander, Gunsmithing Instructor at Iowa Valley, is leading the effort this year. He says all 3 campuses, Grinnell, Marshalltown, and Iowa Falls, will have drop off locations.
Ostrander says they are looking for brand new items still in the packaging. He says the toys will be going with the Marine Corp to be distributed.
