Marshall County Public Health Director Sydney Grewell says this is the time of the year that sicknesses can spread easier as we spend more time together inside.  She says Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease is a common disease in our community right now.

She says the best thing to do if you are not feeling well, is to stay home

Every person is different in how they will react to a disease and how their body will fight it off.  Grewell says a great place for more information about common diseases is cdc.gov.
