Ahead of developing the budget, the City of Marshalltown sets goals for the up coming year.  Carol Webb, Marshalltown City Administrator, shared a few of the goals they decided on recently.  First is community beautification.

She says fixing roads can be tricky as it is a two-pronged approach

The goals will take time as none of these improvements will happen overnight.  Webb says they are still working on goals from 2022 and 2023
