The Marshalltown Emergency Food Box announced that they will be open an extra hour every day they are open until December 23rd. This is to help those who are struggling with the impact of the government shut down. T
heir new hours are as follows; Monday – Thursday 1:30 – 5:30pm and Friday 10:30am – 2:30pm. The Emergency Food Box is located at 107 N 1st St. in downtown Marshalltown. The Emergency Food Box will be closed on November 27th and 28th for the Thanksgiving holiday.
