The keynote speaker for February’s Minnesota Pork Congress is Hunter Pinke, a nationally renowned speaker whose athletic career was cut short by injury.  As a farmer himself, Pinke says agricultural producers face obstacles out of their control.  And he plans to bring a message of overcoming to Pork Congress attendees.
