Kendra Sorenson calls in on Wednesdays during the United Way campaign, but from Wednesday to Friday, some sizeable donations had been gifted. She stopped by the KFJB studio to give an update.
According to Sorenson the final day to give is January 6th, so they have just over 2 weeks to find the last 7.5%. She says they are trending slightly behind last year.
The last few years the United Way has raised between $880,000 and $890,000. Sorenson believes this community can beat that and get to the $900,000 goal.
