Cash dairy prices were mixed Tuesday at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.    Dry whey was up $0.01 at 0.70. Two sales were recorded at $0.70 and $0.71.  Forty-pound cheese blocks were up $0.0025 at $1.2850.  Two sales were recorded at $1.2850 and $1.2875.  Cheese barrels were unchanged at 1.36.  No sales were recorded.    Butter prices remained unchanged at 1.30.  One sale was recorded at that price.  Nonfat dry milk was down $0.02 at 1.24. Five sales were recorded, ranging from $1.2250 to $1.24.
