Marshalltown Police Department says they have had a great relationship with Marshall County Crime Stoppers. This is a non-profit that is led by people in the community and they work to provide money for tips leading to arrests on big cases.  Police Chief Chris Jones says they have found an app to use to help people give tips easier.

This app will allow people to give tips to the Marshalltown Police Department anonymously.  There is not cost to download the app, but Chief Jones does give one warning.

According to Chief Jones someone will be monitoring that app line 24/7
