Last year the Iowa Legislature passed the hands free bill for drivers in Iowa.  Then in 2025, unofficially, there were the lowest traffic deaths in the last 100 years.

That is Iowa State Senator Kara Warme from District 26.  She was a big fan of both cell phone bills from the legislature last session.
