Cash dairy prices were mixed Tuesday at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.    Dry whey was down $0.0350 at $0.7050. No sales were recorded.  Forty-pound cheese blocks were up $0.02 at $1.4050.  Eleven sales were recorded, ranging from $1.39 to $1.4125.   Cheese barrels were up $0.02 at $1.41.  No sales were recorded.    Butter prices were unchanged at $1.58.  Nine sales were recorded, ranging from $1.5725 to $1.58.  Twenty-seven bidders were actively trying to purchase butter Tuesday.  Nonfat dry milk was up $0.04 at $1.50.  Two sales were recorded at $1.50 and $1.5050.
